Job summary

Raspa Property Group is seeking a Junior Property Manager to join a small, energetic team in Perth. You will gain real hands-on experience managing tenant relationships, inspections, applications and listings, with a path to grow into a more senior role.

The role offers Mon–Fri hours with no after-hours work and WFH flexibility once trained, supporting a close-knit team that backs your development and long-term career in property management.

Qualifications

• Current Real Estate Registration with 1+ years in a client-facing role.
• Demonstrated interest in building a long-term career in property management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with comfortable use of technology.
• Highly organised, proactive and enthusiastic about day-to-day tasks.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• PropertyMe and Inspection Express experience are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with tenants through day-to-day communication.
• Conduct property inspections and home opens.
• Process rental applications and coordinate listings.
• Prepare listing advertisements and coordinate photo shoots.
• Monitor compliance across the portfolio and assist the wider team.
• Support colleagues as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Current Registration/Certificate of Registration (real estate), with 1+ years in a client-facing role
• Someone who wants a career in property and is ready to step up as they grow
• Great interpersonal skills and comfortable with technology
• Organised, proactive, and enthusiastic about the day-to-day
• A valid driver's license
• PropertyMe and Inspection Express experience highly regarded
• Based South of River, or happy to work in the area
• Flexible availability, as hours may shift week to week
