Client Services Manager | Property Developer

Our ClientOur client is a premium South East Queensland Developer who delivers high-end and quality projects to the market, with a focus on exceptional customer service.

With several projects in the pipeline and due for completion, their Customer Experience team continues to expand.

Due to an internal movement, there is an opportunity for a Client Services Manager to join their team on a full time basis in their Fortitude Valley head office.

The Role

This role is responsible for ensuring all clients receive a personal and professional experience through a project's life cycle but more specifically at handover.

Working closely with the development and construction teams, you will be responsible for communication with clients at all key milestones until settlement and post settlement care and follow up.

The role will manage the completion of apartments to the highest standard in the lead up to completion as well as the efficient rectification of any defects once constructed.

Our client is passionate about ensuring all customers have a smooth and personable experience in moving into their new property.

You will be well supported by the Customer Experience Manager and receive ongoing training and development.

This role would perfectly suit a Senior Property Manager looking to move into a role with a development company.

This role will include -

• Communication and providing updates to purchasers at all stages of a projects life cycle
• Ensuring all client queries are responded to promptly in the lead up to completion and handover
• Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and other business divisions such as development and construction
• Meeting clients pre-settlement to conduct personal inspections of sites under constructions
• Ensuring personal variations or upgrades to apartments have been completed as per specifications
• Investigate and report on any design related matters
• Manage and oversee the rectification of any defects post completion
• Ensure settlement documentation and content is correct and as per business marketing standards
• Ensure the delivery of end to end customer experience processes
• Arranging of client settlement gifts
