Job summary

Hindsight Legal Advisers is a growing law firm providing practical commercial advice across banking, property and financial services. You will run residential conveyancing files end-to-end for lenders and borrowers, with a focus on accuracy and client communication.

The role requires admission as a solicitor in Australia with an NSW practising certificate, and experience with Leap and PEXA is highly valued. You will work closely with partners and support a collaborative team in NSW.

Qualifications

• Admission as a solicitor in Australia with a current NSW practising certificate.
• At least one year handling residential sale and purchase files end-to-end is preferred.
• Solid grasp of conveyancing practices and processes.
• Proficiency in Leap and PEXA.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Sharp time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Run residential conveyancing files from start to finish for lenders and borrowers.
• Handle PEXA settlements and manage your own workflow and calendar.
• Liaise with clients, external solicitors, conveyancers, banks, finance brokers, government agencies and regulators.
• Keep clients informed at every stage with file discipline and attention to detail.
• Assist on other files and answer phones or assist at reception as needed.
