Job summary

Colliers International Deutschland Holding GmbH is seeking a Junior Property Analyst to launch a career in Commercial Property Sales within their Industrial & Logistics team. You will work alongside leading professionals, gain market intelligence, and contribute to maintaining property and client databases.

The role focuses on developing analytical and market research skills, supporting listings, and producing reporting. A property-related degree or related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Property, business, commerce or related degree preferred.
• Experience in a similar support role within the Property/Real Estate sector desirable.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update CRM databases, property listings and client records.
• Ensure property, contact and market information is accurate and up to date.
• Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets for reporting, market analysis and business development activities.
• Support agents with listing management, comparable sales and leasing evidence, and property searches.
• Maintain marketing and mailing lists to support targeted campaigns.
• Assist with submissions, presentations and client reporting.
• Coordinate database updates from agents and research sources.
