Colliers Australia invites a Junior Property Analyst to join our Industrial & Logistics team. You’ll support data updates, CRM maintenance, listings accuracy and market intelligence to help drive commercial sales success.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates or final-year students in property, business or related fields with strong Excel and organisational skills. The role offers growth in a globally respected property consultancy with extensive resources.

Qualifications

• Degree in property, business, commerce or related field (completed or final year).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update CRM databases, property listings and client records.
• Ensure property, contact and market information is accurate and up to date.
• Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets for reporting and market analysis.
• Support agents with listing management, comparable sales and leasing evidence.
• Maintain marketing and mailing lists for targeted campaigns.
• Assist with submissions, presentations and client reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update CRM databases, property listings and client records.
• Ensure property, contact and market information is accurate and up to date.

• Coordinate database updates from agents and research sources.

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

• Property, business, commerce or related degree qualifications (completed or currently undertaking final year) preferred.
• Experience in a similar support role within the Property/Real Estate sector is highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
