Job summary

Colliers in Liverpool, NSW is seeking a Junior Property Analyst to support the Industrial & Logistics sales team. You will help maintain data systems, compile market intelligence, and assist with client reporting to support business development.

Ideal candidates are recent Property graduates or final-year students with a strong Excel skill set, organisational ability, and a proactive approach to learning within a fast-paced real estate environment.

Qualifications

• Property, business, commerce or related degree (completed or final year) preferred.
• Experience in a similar support role within Property/Real Estate is desirable.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update CRM databases, property listings and client records.
• Ensure property, contact and market information is accurate and up to date.
• Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets for reporting, market analysis and BD activities.
• Support agents with listing management, comparable sales and leasing evidence.
• Maintain marketing and mailing lists to support targeted campaigns.
• Assist with submissions, presentations and client reporting.
• Coordinate database updates from agents and research sources.
