Cadence & Co Pty Ltd, a design-led residential builder based in the Southern Highlands, seeks a motivated Junior Project Manager to support a senior PM across residential projects in Bowral. The role is ideal for someone with several years in project management or a Contracts Administrator transitioning into PM focus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a Project Coordinator, Junior Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, Site Coordinator or similar role
• Strong understanding of residential construction processes and documentation
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Proactive, solutions-focused and highly organised
• Keen to further develop your career in project management
• High-end residential experience will be highly regarded but is not essential

Responsibilities

• Support an experienced Project Manager across multiple residential projects
• Assist with project programming, budgeting and project delivery
• Work closely with the Contracts Administrator to coordinate procurement, trade engagement and project administration
• Coordinate RFIs, consultant information, project documentation and reporting
• Build strong relationships with clients, trades, consultants and internal stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and help drive project outcomes from pre-construction through to completion
• Assist in identifying and resolving project risks and challenges
