Job summary

TRC Group is seeking a Project Manager to own a portfolio of projects and drive delivery with minimal hand-holding. You will collaborate with business consultants and developers to gather information and move fast to deliver.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in project management, a SaaS/tech background, and a proactive, independent approach. Experience with Scrum and waterfall delivery is valued, as is budgeting know-how.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of project management experience.
• Background in a SaaS or tech company.
• Independent and capable of handling multiple projects.
• Experience in Scrum environments with waterfall delivery.
• Budgeting experience is highly regarded.
• PMP or similar certification is highly regarded.
• Asana experience is a bonus; Jira is not required.

About the role

Our client is a growing SaaS technology company with a great pipeline of projects. They're looking for a Project Manager who can take ownership of a portfolio of projects and drive them through to delivery with minimal hand-holding.

This is not a follow-the-process role. You'll work closely with business consultants and developers to get the information you need, and you'll be trusted to move fast and get things done.

• Manage project plans, timelines and budgets
• Track and report on progress using Asana

About you

• 2-3 years' project management experience
• Background in a SaaS or tech company (preferred)
• Confident working independently and comfortable taking on several projects at once
• Fast-moving, proactive and adaptable, with a strong "get on with it" attitude
• Solid understanding of project management methodology
• Experience working in Scrum environments, with delivery managed in a waterfall style
• Budgeting experience (highly regarded)
• PMP or similar certification (highly regarded)
• Asana experience is a bonus; Jira is not required
