Job summary

SAPP International in Sydney is seeking a Junior Project and Maintenance Coordinator to support project rollouts and maintenance programs for a key retail client. You will coordinate with facilities management teams, installers, and technicians to keep projects moving from setup to delivery.

Ideal candidates have FM or maintenance coordination experience and a background in retail displays, shopfitting or industrial design, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in project coordination or FM.
• Experience in retail display/fixture rollouts or shopfitting.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from setup to delivery with internal and external teams.
• Maintain schedules and trackers across multiple projects.
• Liaise with installers, trades, and logistics for rollouts nationally.
• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance with FM teams.
• Assist with quoting, procurement, and site visits.
