Job summary

Sushi Sushi is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support delivery of new store developments, refurbishments, relocations and capital works across the retail network. Who are we looking for?

The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for supporting the delivery of new store developments, refurbishments, relocations and capital works projects across the retail network.

The role provides project management support throughout the project lifecycle, including planning, procurement, design coordination, contractor management, construction delivery, defect management and project close-out. Reporting to the Head of Design and Construction and working closely with internal stakeholders, landlords, consultants, contractors and operational teams, the Assistant Project Manager helps ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget and in accordance with operational, design and brand standards.

This role offers an opportunity to develop project management capability through exposure to all phases of retail construction and development projects.

The Assistant Project Manager will:
