Job summary

• White Card required; tertiary qualifications (highly regarded).
• Excellent communication skills with clients and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract management: purchase orders, claims, variations and compliance.
• Coordinate projects with clients, suppliers and site teams to ensure smooth workflows.
• Issue purchase orders and work orders ensuring timely supply of materials and labour.
• Book and coordinate maintenance jobs to minimise disruption.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, contractors and stakeholders.

The Role

You’ll coordinate projects for our residential and commercial builder clients, ensuring compliance and clear communication at every stage. Working closely with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors, you’ll help keep projects on track and minimise risk. This role is also open to entry-level candidates, ideally with a qualification in construction or a related field. A high level of attention to detail is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Contract Management: Oversee subcontract administration, including purchase orders, claims, variations, and compliance with contractual requirements.
• Project Coordination: Liaise with clients, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth workflows.
• Procurement & Work Orders: Issue purchase orders to suppliers and place work orders with subcontractors, ensuring timely supply of materials and smooth scheduling of labour.
• Maintenance Coordination: Book maintenance jobs for client, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption to projects.
• Client and Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain professional communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
