Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualification in construction or related field (recent graduates welcome).
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and independent work ethic.
• Experience with Bluebeam (highly regarded).
• White Card required; tertiary qualifications (highly regarded).
• Excellent communication skills with clients and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract management: purchase orders, claims, variations and compliance.
• Coordinate projects with clients, suppliers and site teams to ensure smooth workflows.
• Issue purchase orders and work orders ensuring timely supply of materials and labour.
• Book and coordinate maintenance jobs to minimise disruption.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
