Leaders IT, the Professional Services division of Peoplebank, is partnering with a large aerospace corporation to hire a Junior Application Support Engineer for manufacturing systems. You will join a collaborative team, receive mentoring, and gain hands-on experience across infrastructure, networking and enterprise technology environments.

This 12-month program offers training and structured development while you work with SAP, ERP, and MES platforms and support shop-floor users.

Formación

• Foundational experience or education in IT, information systems, software, engineering, application support or a related technical discipline.
• Some exposure to application support, service desk, systems administration, ERP applications or business systems would be advantageous.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• An interest in manufacturing technology, enterprise applications and SAP environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for manufacturing applications, escalating more complex issues to senior specialists.
• Assist with troubleshooting application issues, gathering information from users and documenting incidents.
• Work with shop-floor users to understand system issues and provide practical application support.
• Assist with monitoring manufacturing applications and interfaces, identifying failures or data issues.
• Support system configuration, testing, release activities and validation of changes.
• Maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting guides.
• Assist with issues relating to manufacturing records, serialisation and quality processes.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute ideas to improve stability and user experience.
• Participate in mentoring, coaching, and structured learning as part of capability development.
