Job summary

Leaders IT, a Peoplebank division, is seeking a Graduate Application Support Analyst in Melbourne. You will join a large aerospace client, working with manufacturing applications, ERP, and MES environments, and providing Level 1/2 support while learning from experienced engineers.

You will gain hands-on experience across infrastructure, networking, systems administration and enterprise technology platforms.

Qualifications

• Foundational experience or education in IT, information systems, software, engineering, application support or a related technical discipline.
• Some exposure to application support, service desk, systems administration, ERP applications or business systems would be advantageous.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• An interest in manufacturing technology, enterprise applications and SAP environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Good documentation skills and attention to detail.
• A willingness to learn unfamiliar technologies and business processes.
• A collaborative approach and willingness to learn from experienced technical specialists.
• Exposure to SAP, ERP or MES platforms is desirable but not essential.
• Australian Citizen

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for manufacturing applications and escalate complex issues to senior specialists.
• Assist with troubleshooting application issues, gather information from users, and support root-cause investigations.
• Work with manufacturing, engineering, quality and shop-floor users to understand system issues and provide practical application support.
• Assist with monitoring manufacturing applications and interfaces, identifying failures or data issues and escalate as needed.
• Support senior team with system configuration, testing, release activities and validation of changes.
• Maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, system procedures and troubleshooting guides.
• Assist with issues relating to manufacturing records, serialisation, component tracking and quality processes.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute ideas to improve stability and user experience.
• Participate in the CUSP development pathway, including mentoring and structured learning.
