Job summary

Leaders IT, a Professional Services division of Peoplebank, invites applications for a Graduate Application Support Analyst. The program targets recent graduates or junior IT professionals aiming to grow in infrastructure, networking, and enterprise technology environments.

You will receive mentoring, training, and hands-on experience while collaborating with experienced engineers on meaningful projects across manufacturing platforms.

Qualifications

• Foundational experience or education in IT, information systems, software, engineering, or related discipline.
• Some exposure to application support, service desk, systems administration, ERP, or business systems is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Interest in manufacturing tech, enterprise apps and SAP environments.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Good documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn unfamiliar technologies and processes.
• Collaborative approach and eagerness to learn from specialists.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for manufacturing applications and escalate complex issues.
• Assist with troubleshooting, document incidents, and support root-cause investigations.
• Support users across manufacturing, engineering, quality and shop-floor for system issues.
• Assist with monitoring applications and interfaces, escalate data issues.
• Help with configuration, testing, release activities and changes validation.
• Maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, and procedures.
• Assist with manufacturing data, traceability, and quality processes.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements for stability and UX.
• Participate in the CUSP development pathway with mentoring and learning.
