Job summary

AMS is seeking a junior maintenance coordinator to provide exceptional customer service while coordinating trades and scheduling workloads in a fast-paced environment. The role involves heavy data entry, preparing quotes and invoices, and liaising with clients, trades, estimators, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a pleasant phone manner, be reliable, team oriented and able to multitask under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and client liaison is preferred.
• Desirable but not mandatory: SimPRO software experience (training provided).
• Strong phone manner and patient communication.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.

AMS is along established responsive Carpentry and Plumbing Maintenance Services company based in Ormeau servicing the Southeast Queensland region.

About the role

We are seeking a fulltime 'Junior Maintenance Coordinator' to provide exceptional customer service to our existing and growing client base.

Duties include

Scheduling work and attendances for our trades.

High volume data entry including preparation of quotes and invoices.

Liaising with clients, Trades, estimators, suppliers, and external contractors regularly.

Requirements for the role

SimPRO software experience is desirable but not mandatory as training will be provided.

Pleasant and patient phone manner.

Reliable and team oriented.

Ability to multitask, prioritize and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Current drivers' licence and own reliable transport a must.
