Future You is seeking a motivated Junior Key Account Manager to join its growing Pharmacy team in Sydney. Build relationships with pharmacy customers across the OTC portfolio and support development of customer strategies to drive sales growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG distributor model or pharma/OTC channel sales, account support or category management.
• Experience in the beauty category is highly regarded.
• Commercial mindset with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to interpret market and category data to identify opportunities.
• Proactive attitude to contribute to business growth.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while managing competing priorities.
• Talent for building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with pharmacy customers across the OTC portfolio.
• Assist in developing and executing customer strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
• Support joint business plans and customer initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to expand business within the pharmacy channel.
• Ensure timely handling of customer requests and follow-ups with excellent service.
• Collaborate with the Category Manager to understand customer needs and create insights.
• Support new product launches with cross-team coordination and GTM alignment.
