Job summary

FutureYou in Sydney is seeking a motivated Junior Key Account Manager to join our Pharmacy team. You will build strong relationships with pharmacy customers across the OTC portfolio and support the development and execution of customer strategies to drive sustainable sales growth.

The role offers exposure to leading consumer brands, a dynamic high-growth environment, and a supportive office culture in Prestons with an on-site staff supermarket.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG distributor model or pharma/OTC channel sales.
• Experience in the beauty category is advantageous.
• Commercial mindset with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to interpret market and category data to identify opportunities and inform recommendations.
• Proactive attitude and desire to contribute to business growth.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
• A natural ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with pharmacy customers across the OTC portfolio.
• Support development and execution of customer strategies that drive sales growth and profitability.
• Assist in delivering joint business plans and customer initiatives.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business within the pharmacy channel.
• Ensure customer requests and follow-ups are managed efficiently, delivering excellent service.
• Collaborate with Category Manager to understand customer needs and create insight-led solutions.
• Support new product launches by coordinating activities across teams and ensuring go-to-market execution.
