Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems.
• Familiarity with MS Office and common applications.
• Understanding of Windows Desktop, Server, networks, and hardware setup.
• Exposure to troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Awareness of VPN/remote access support.
• Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.
