Jem Computer Systems P/L in Castle Hill NSW is seeking a Junior Account Manager to join our Sales team. This entry-level role is designed for someone early in their sales career who wants to build lasting client relationships in the Managed IT Services industry.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years' experience in sales, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Basic understanding of the Managed IT Services industry, or genuine interest in building one.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Exposure to CRM platforms (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with good attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn account planning, forecasting, and budgeting on the job.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in a professional services or technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Support and progressively manage the sales cycle from lead generation through to contract renewal.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and win new business.
• Attend and run client meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews with training.
• Learn to prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
• Provide proactive after-sales support and help resolve client issues.
• Build understanding of industry trends and market developments.
