Responsibilities

• Provide first level support to end-users by triaging emails and resolving issues.
• Onboard/offboard employees and manage ICT requirements for staff changes.
• Coordinate replacement of desktops and laptops.
• Contribute and update the ICT Knowledge base.
• Maintain asset registers.
• Identify opportunities to improve ICT systems.
