Job summary

Agilitus, a Perth-based ICT engineering firm, is seeking a motivated Junior Support Analyst to join our ICT team in Perth, Western Australia. You will help end-users, manage onboarding/offboarding, and handle device replacements while contributing to our knowledge base and asset registers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first level high-quality service to end-users by triaging email requests and resolving issues where possible
• Manage the ICT requirements for onboarding and offboarding employees
• Manage the replacement of desktops and laptops
• Contribute and update the ICT Knowledge base
• Maintain asset registers
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for improvement to current ICT systems
