Job summary

Anton Murray Consulting is assisting a boutique debt markets trading intermediary in Sydney to recruit a junior Money Market Dealer. The role offers hands-on training across client onboarding, AML, and day-to-day client support, with the potential to manage a client book as you progress.

Ideal candidates include recent graduates or those with up to 2 years' experience in client services or operations, with a solid understanding of money markets and debt markets dynamics.

Qualifications

• Attained degree in Commerce field required.
• Experience profile ranging from fresh graduates to 3 years in client services or client account management.
• Significant understanding of money markets and debt markets dynamics is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide client services support and guidance regarding investments.
• Onboard new clients and maintain records in line with AML regulations.
• Monitor client requests via email/phone and resolve queries within SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies and service agreements.
• Contribute to internal projects as subject matter expert.
