Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in financial services operations is advantageous
• Some financial service experience is a must
• Experience in settlements/reconciliation would be helpful
• Strong Excel skills are essential

Responsibilities

• Liaising with service provider to assist in execution of tasks and data extracts
• Performing business/management reporting and essential business administration tasks
• Supporting operations in trading, settlements and reconciliations functions
• Demonstrating flexibility across multiple functions to support transition between providers
• Provide excellent support to service partner ensuring a positive client experience
• Track open queries and investigate issues, escalating as needed
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Adhere to compliance and audit processes and escalate issues
