Job summary

CP Personnel's client in the packaging machinery sector seeks a Field Service Technician to join their Sydney team. You will install and commission equipment on customer sites and perform planned maintenance.

The ideal candidate holds a mechanical, electrical or electronic trade, has field service experience in an industrial environment, can obtain a Restricted Electrical Licence (A-Grade is an advantage) and holds a manual licence. Salary is negotiable with a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Trade/tertiary qualification in mechanical, electrical or electronic trade.
• Field service experience in industrial environment.
• Ability to obtain Restricted Electrical Licence (A-Grade advantageous).
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Manual driver licence.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission equipment on customer sites.
• Perform planned service and maintenance activities.
• Attend breakdown situations as required.
• Provide end-user training and customer service.
• Complete timely and accurate service reports.
