Job summary

Redpath Partners in Sydney is seeking a Junior Estimator to join the established pre-construction team. You will work with senior estimators across tenders, take-offs, pricing and cost plans.

The role provides exposure to trade packages, subcontractor pricing and ongoing mentorship with a clear path to becoming an Estimator.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' construction experience
• Experience within estimating, contracts or a similar commercial role
• Head contractor experience highly regarded
• Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related degree
• Strong attention to detail and commercial mindset
• Keen to build a long-term career in estimating

An opportunity for a Junior Estimator to join an established Sydney head contractor and develop their career within an experienced pre-construction team.

Working alongside senior estimators, you'll gain exposure across the full tender process and a variety of construction projects.

The role:

• Assist with tenders, take-offs and pricing
• Prepare trade packages and scopes
• Obtain and assess subcontractor quotations
• Assist with tender submissions and cost plans
• Maintain subcontractor and supplier relationships
• Work closely with the wider estimating and project teams

About you:
