We have an opening for a Junior Ecommerce Recruitment Consultant to join our remote wfh business. A role for someone innately motivated, driven by building genuine connections [even if you're not in the room].

• Understanding of retail, ideally ecommerce

Your role will look like:

• Learning the industry and building a skillset and knowledge bank in both recruitment and ecommerce as someone who represents the category
• Cultivating relationships across Revere's existing network, as well as growing out new connections and fresh opportunities to add value
• Building out your personal brand, both at networking events and in the way you show up online
• 360 recruitment, managing the recruitment process end to end
• Post placement follow up and candidate care
