Job summary

Arise Developments (WA) Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated Junior Development Manager to support delivery of our retail and commercial development projects in Western Australia. Reporting to the Development Director, you will assist with project coordination from design concept through to completion, building experience across the development process.

You will work with the Development Director to ensure projects meet quality, budget and schedule milestones while engaging with consultants,

Qualifications

Experience in commercial construction and development management.
Tertiary qualification in Property Development or Construction Management.
Understanding of development management and overseeing contractors.
Strong communication, initiative and collaborative stakeholder skills.
Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Good organisational and time management with ability to prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

Assist Development Director in delivering projects to quality, budget, program and compliance.
Review project documentation and contractual requirements.
Identify and monitor project risks and opportunities; escalate issues.
Prepare and update project programs; track milestones; compile monthly reports.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, authorities and tenants.
Maintain accurate project records and improve project systems and processes.
