Job summary

Longreach Recruitment | experts in property, construction, real estate and design seeks an experienced Development Manager for a major WA residential project. The role covers front-end design through to development, with autonomy and accountability for commercial outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in residential land development, including masterplanned communities, and hold a tertiary qualification in Property, Property Development or Commerce.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across property development.
• End-to-end development spanning planning, approvals, civil delivery and commercial management.
• Experience launching masterplanned communities.
• Tertiary qualification in Property, Property Development, Commerce or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead front end design, approvals, procurement and development lifecycle.
• Establish project priorities, programmes and commercial objectives.
• Identify risks early and drive practical solutions to maintain momentum.
• Provide recommendations on project strategy to senior stakeholders.
