Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound and outbound calls with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide professional and timely customer service while responding to enquiries.
• Update and escalate support tickets in accordance with established procedures.
• Assist with candidate onboarding and compliance activities, including work rights checks.
• Assist to maintain accurate records, data entry, and documentation.
• Support the wider team with general administrative tasks.
