Red Tree Finance is seeking a Junior Credit Support Officer in Capalaba, Brisbane. The role involves guiding customers through loan applications from start to finish and ensuring documents are complete. No finance experience required as full training is provided.

You will assess financial circumstances, verify IDs, speak with customers, and maintain audit/compliance standards while building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

The role

We're looking for a Junior Credit Support Officer to join our lending team full-time. You'll support customers through their loan applications from start to finish. You'll talk with customers, check documents and make sure each loan is the right fit. You don't need finance experience because we'll teach you everything.
