Job summary

Nongshim Australia Pty Ltd – Macquarie Park NSW is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support internal sales/admin and external stakeholders. You will create and process purchase orders, manage stock and inventory movement, and liaise with 3PL warehouses to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in supply chain or logistics, familiarity with ERP systems, Excel, and knowledge of Australian import processes. Salary is negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

• Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics roles.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Customs Clearance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Create and process Purchase Orders of designated accounts in ERP System.
• Stock control and review of Inventory movement and allocation of inventory across different warehouses.
• Maintain and prepare daily stock on hand (SOH) reports and track relevant orders.
• Provide assistance on demand volume forecasting of goods and liaise with related parties to facilitate production and import processes.
• Monitor and update weekly shipping schedule and follow up with internal sales team.
• Facilitate annual/quarterly stock-take schedule with 3PL warehouse.
• Day-to-day liaison with the 3PL warehouse regarding dispatch of inventory and issue resolution.
• Look for opportunities to reduce costs and improve supply-chain efficiency.
• Provide administration and sales support to the sales team.

Nongshim Australia is experiencing rapid growth and is looking for a passionate Supply Chain Coordinator to service internal sales/admin team and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have relevant experience as an inventory/SCM role within the FMCG industry. Your knowledge of inventory management in ERP system and understanding of Australian Biosecurity process – such as Imported Food Inspection Scheme (IFIS) will be strong advantages for this position.

Key task

• Create and process Purchase Orders of designated account/s in ERP System, assist the business in gaining and maintaining inventory accuracy by owning articulate purchase order database
• Stock control and review of Inventory movement and allocation of inventory across different warehouses
• Maintain and prepare daily stock on hand(SOH) report and track relevant orders
• Provide assistance on demand volume forecasting of goods and liaise with related parties to facilitate the production and import process.
• Monitoring and update weekly shipping schedule and follow up with internal sales team

Degrees or qualification in relation to Supply Chain Management
