Responsibilities

• Daily customer order entry and processing as per site and contractual requirements.
• Ensuring all orders delivered on any given day are supported by POD and entered into Company records.
• Coordination of administration activities to support operational requirements.
• Responding to customer queries and requests as required.
• Weekly reconciliation and processing of invoice activities in accordance with required timeframes.
• Provision of customer reports as per contractual requirements.
• Coordination of alternative transport for non-DGL deliveries.
• Review, confirmation, and authentication of supplier invoices.
• Supporting reconciliation of pallets process.
• Sharing responsibility for ensuring MSDS are obtained for all products on site.
• Support stocktaking activities.
• Recording customer queries and resolution outcomes.

What you'll be doing
