Synergie is seeking a Customer Service Administrator for a well-established industrial business in Minto, NSW. The role suits a junior candidate or someone with customer service, administration, internal sales or order processing experience, with full training provided.

You will handle inbound calls and emails, process orders and quotes, maintain records, and assist with stock control while liaising with internal teams. Immediate start available and a pathway to permanent employment.

Formación

• Have customer service, administration, retail, internal sales or office experience
• Be confident communicating with a wide range of customers
• Have a resilient and professional approach when dealing with challenging situations
• Possess strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Be comfortable using Microsoft Excel and computer systems
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Experience within an industrial, manufacturing, building products, steel, construction or trade-related environment will be highly regarded, but is not essential

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound calls and emails from customers
• Process orders and provide quotations
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Assist with stock control and inventory administration
• Purchase office supplies and support general administration tasks
