Job summary

Synergie is recruiting a Customer Service Administrator on behalf of a well-established industrial business in Minto, NSW. This role is ideal for a junior candidate or someone with customer service, administration, or order processing experience seeking training and a pathway to permanency.

You will handle inbound calls and emails, process orders and quotes, maintain records, assist with stock control, and support internal sales. Full training provided with immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or administration is desirable.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound phone calls and emails from customers
• Process customer orders and provide quotations
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Assist with stock control and inventory administration
• Purchase office supplies and support general administration tasks
• Support internal sales activities and customer enquiries
• Update information using Excel and internal systems
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
