Job summary

SPL Security Solutions on the Gold Coast seeks a Junior Contracts Administrator to support Project Managers in the architectural door hardware division. This role involves importing schedules, procurement, invoicing, project documentation, and general office tasks.

You will work with door hardware data, supplier quotes, and multiple computer systems, with growth prospects as you gain experience in our booming QLD building and security sectors.

• Proficient with MS Office; strong Excel skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project files, documentation, and records.
• Maintain accurate electronic and hard-copy filing systems.
• Assist with project document control and use data efficiently.
• Invoice customers and provide project updates via email.
• Prepare delivery dockets using Simpro.
• Assist in preparing large project quotations and timelines.
• Enter door hardware schedules and revisions into company systems.
• Produce packing paperwork and labels from the scheduling system.
• Review specifications, drawings, and schedules for door handing.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing and availability.
