Job summary

Combuitl is seeking a motivated Junior Contracts Administrator to join our growing construction team in Sydney. You will work alongside Project Managers to assist with contract administration, procurement, budgets and project documentation across multiple construction projects.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone with commercial construction experience looking to develop their career further. Immediate start available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial construction or contract administration.
• Exposure to commercial, industrial, mixed-use or similar projects advantageous.
• Understanding of contracts, procurement and budgets.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer subcontractor packages and agreements.
• Coordinate tenders, quotations and procurement.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Monitor project budgets, expenditure and cash flow.
• Process progress claims, invoices and variations.
• Assist with scheduling, cost reporting and forecasting.
• Prepare purchase orders and material orders.
• Coordinate development applications and building approvals.
• Maintain contract records and project documentation.
• Support Project Managers across multiple projects.
