Responsibilities

• Ensuring food presented to guests meets quality and presentation standards.
• Adhere to health, safety and HACCP regulations.
• Assist in preparation, accuracy and efficiency of menu items.
• Receive guidance from senior chefs and learn on the job.
• Support a range of kitchen tasks from dishwashing to cooking.
