Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering degree with 1-2 years post graduate experience.
• Demonstrate some knowledge of PLC, SCADA and HMI systems.
• Previous experience with Siemens, Ignition, and FactoryTalk is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Apply creativity and resourcefulness to resolve problems arising from engineering and support tasks.
• Provide high-quality customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Support a safety-first approach to service delivery.
• Assist with first response or support resolution for new and urgent works.
