Domain Illawarra Real Estate invites applications for a Junior Assistant / Trainee Property Manager. This full-time role offers hands-on training while you study Cert. IV in Real Estate Practice with a supportive, experienced team.

Your days include open and routine inspections, preparing tenancy documents, processing applications, supporting the Property Management Team, and ensuring properties comply with regulatory standards. A current driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualificações

The position requires the ability & willingness to study Cert. IV in Real Estate Practice while joining our highly experienced Property Management team where you would learn from the best in a fun, supportive and dedicated environment!

The position is full time, Monday to Friday

Your typical day will include, but is not limited to:

• Open for Inspections
• Routine Inspections
• Ingoing/Outgoing Condition reports
• Processing tenancy applications ensuring a high standard of quality tenants is achieved
• Supporting and assisting the Property Management Team as required
• Ensuring all properties comply with all regulatory and compliance standards

The ideal candidate would have;
