PROGRAMMED Energy and Resources in the Newcastle region seeks a Junior Admin Support / Entry Level Assistant to provide essential administrative support for Industrial Maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support across multiple Programmed locations when required.
• Liaising with customers, suppliers, service providers and internal stakeholders
• Processing accounts payable invoices and supporting customer invoicing activities.
• Performing accurate data entry and maintaining customer and operational databases.
• Supporting payroll through the daily scanning and checking of timesheets and resolving payroll queries.
• Assisting with debtor management and customer account administration.
• Preparing reports and maintaining business documentation.
• Compiling Material Data Register (MDR) documentation in accordance with customer requirements.
• Maintaining KPI reporting, vehicle inspections and operational records.
• Assisting with office administration, including stationery, uniforms and workplace consumables.
• Providing administrative support across multiple Programmed locations when required.
• Supporting a safe, compliant and well-organised workplace.

You will support our Upper Hunter operations from the Newcastle area. About the Role
