Job summary

Dedes Waterfront Group in Sydney seeks an Accounts/Payroll Assistant to support the finance manager with day-to-day processing across our venues. Based at our head office in Woolwich, you will handle revenue reconciliation, data entry, accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing and general accounting tasks, using MYOB, Xero and Excel.

This role offers hands-on exposure across a portfolio of venues and a chance to contribute to accurate financial reporting in a hospitality family business.

Qualifications

• Sound numeracy and administrative skillset.
• Software competence in MYOB, Xero, Payroll and Excel.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to processes.
• Strong attention to detail and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist the finance manager with day-to-day processing across venues.
• Revenue reconciliation and data entry.
• Accounts payable and receivable management.
• Process venue payroll and handle general accounting tasks.

Assisting the finance manager with day to day processing of all account activities across the portfoilio of venues. Based in our head office in Woolwich.

Tasks include; Revenue reconciliation and data entry, Accounts payable and receivable, Processing of venue payroll, Account reconcilations & General accounting tasks.
