Kelly+Partners Griffith seeks an experienced Accountant to join the team with a remote work option for professionals located outside Griffith. The role focuses on ownership of diverse client work, delivering financial statements, tax returns, and advisory services while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will work closely with Partners, grow your technical accounting capabilities, and participate in ongoing CA program development and in-house training.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2–3+ years’ experience in a Chartered Accounting practice.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related discipline.
• Working towards or planning CA Program.

• Collaborate with Partners and team to deliver client work on time.
• Lead preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs.
• Prepare BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for various entities.
• Deliver payroll tax reconciliations and workers' compensation reconciliations.
• Support junior team members and participate in seminars and meetings.

Position Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner
• Take lead in the preparation Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs
• Prepare BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for a variety of companies and trusts
• Prepare and deliver annual workers compensation and payroll tax reconciliations
• Be coached directly by an experienced Partner with an aim to manage a diverse portfolio of clients
• Liaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clients
• Help provide an exceptional service to our clients
• Participate in training seminars, team meetings and social events
• Offer support and training to junior team members

About You

• Minium of 2-3+ years’ experience in a Chartered Accounting practice
• Working towards, or planning to commence, the CA Program
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related discipline
• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
• Previous experience working remotely highly advantageous
• Solid technical accounting knowledge, or a genuine eagerness to build it
• Experience with APS accounting software (highly regarded)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, motivated and genuinely keen to learn, grow and develop professionally
