Our client is a boutique public practice accounting firm that works closely with small and medium-sized businesses across South East Queensland, providing taxation, accounting and business advisory services. They're now looking for anIntermediate Accountant to join their growing remote team. You'll prepare financial statements, tax returns and BAS, while supporting a range of tax and business advisory engagements for quality business clients. Although the firm has a Gold Coast office, the entire team works remotely, with regular daily catch-ups to stay connected and supported.

To succeed in this role, you'll have2–4 years' Australian public practice experience , beCA/CPA qualified or working towards completion , and be confident usingXero . You'll enjoy working independently, be comfortable with technology, and thrive in a collaborative remote environment. Previous remote working experience and Xero certification will be highly regarded.
