Qualifications

• Senior commercial leadership experience in global biopharma.
• Experience leading regional or international commercial organizations in oncology.
• Deep experience in strategy, launch planning, market access and pricing.
• Experience supporting multiple international product launches.
• Strong understanding of international healthcare systems, reimbursement frameworks.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional commercial strategy aligned with global priorities.
• Lead regional commercial planning across the product lifecycle from early commercialization through launch and lifecycle management.
• Represent the JPAC region in global commercial governance and portfolio decisions.
• Ensure regional market insights inform global strategy and priorities.
• Partner with Global Commercial teams to ensure consistent direction with local flexibility.
• Drive governance, planning and performance management to improve effectiveness.
• Build and lead a high-performing commercial organization in JPAC.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across regional and global teams.
