Job summary

Brandt is seeking a Service Technician at our Naracoorte branch to diagnose, repair and maintain a wide range of agricultural equipment while delivering exceptional service to customers.

You will diagnose tractors, hay tools, and other equipment; perform preventative maintenance; prepare equipment for delivery; complete work orders with accurate service records; and conduct on-site field service as needed, staying current with equipment through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Diesel Mechanic or Heavy Equipment qualification OR currently apprenticed in this Trade.
• Has strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Takes pride in producing high-quality work.
• Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
• Has a strong customer service focus.
• Is committed to ongoing learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing tractors, hay tools, and other agricultural equipment.
• Performing preventative maintenance, inspections, and equipment servicing.
• Preparing new and used equipment for delivery.
• Completing work orders and maintaining accurate service records.
• Conducting field service work and supporting customers on-site when required.
