The JMO Co-ordinator role at South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) supports the Sydney Hospital and Sydney Eye Hospital by coordinating junior medical officer rostering, payroll and recruitment.

You will work with POWH Operations Manager and JMO unit to deliver cost-effective services, maintain award compliance, and manage the annual JMO recruitment process across the Northern Network.

Qualificações

• Tertiary qualifications in HR or equivalent experience in health sector.
• Experience with rostering and administration management in health care.
• Knowledge of employment conditions, awards, and remuneration in health.
• Ability to work independently in high-volume environment with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills with senior staff.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day staffing and operations of the JMO Unit.
• Oversee rostering, payroll and recruitment for JMO staff across SSEH.
• Ensure rostering compliance with awards and safe hours.
• Manage local payroll processes and provide HR advice.
• Travel between POWH JMO Unit and SSEH as required.
• Lead annual JMO recruitment across Northern Network for SSEH.
