Job summary

Adaptalift Group in Australia is seeking a JCB Service Coordinator in Truganina to be the first point of contact for customers, coordinating service work for field technicians and keeping repairs, breakdowns and scheduled maintenance on track. You will raise and manage service jobs and prepare quotations.

This full-time, hybrid role offers 3 days in the office and 2 days from home after probation, with hours from 7:00 am to 3:06 pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-focused service coordination or maintenance scheduling.
• Experience scheduling technicians, tradespeople or a small field team.
• Background in construction equipment, materials handling, heavy vehicles or automotive is advantageous.

About Us:

Adaptalift Group has been appointed as a major national dealer for JCB construction, agricultural and industrial equipment in Australia, combining our extensive national service network with JCB’s globally recognised product range.

We have an opportunity for a JCB Service Coordinator to join our team in Truganina. You’ll be a key point of contact for customers, coordinating service work for our field technicians and keeping repairs, breakdowns and scheduled maintenance on track.

What You Will Be Doing Day-to-Day:

• Coordinate preventative maintenance, breakdowns, repairs and scheduled servicing
• Schedule work for field service technicians, balancing customer needs, technician availability and travel time
• Provide regular, proactive updates to customers on technician attendance, parts delays and job progress
• Raise and manage service jobs, following up open jobs through to completion
• Prepare service and repair quotations and follow up with customers
• Review completed jobs for accurate parts and labour before invoicing
• Work closely with technicians, supervisors, the parts team and subcontractors to deliver timely service

• A confident communicator who can keep customers informed in a fast-paced environment
