Job summary
BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking an Associate Director, Market Access & Pricing, to support the JAPAC region’s business across affiliate and partnership markets from its JAPAC hub locations.
The role collaborates with GVAP leaders, Global Pricing, Finance, and Commercial teams to drive pricing proposals and governance. The role focuses 60% on regional pricing execution and 40% on launch readiness, access operations, and tracking, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based pricing, payer engagement,
Qualifications
- 8+ years in biopharmaceutical market access, pricing and reimbursement roles.
- Experience in payer decision-making and reimbursement processes is strongly preferred.
- Experience developing pricing/market access strategy for oncology/hematology products is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional pricing execution and governance in JAPAC.
- Coordinate pricing governance workflow and ensure auditable decisions.
- Develop pricing analyses and evidence for regional recommendations.
- Maintain pricing strategy documents and liaise with global pricing analytics.
- Support launch readiness activities and access operations.
