BeOne seeks an Associate Director, Market Access & Pricing for JAPAC, based in Sydney. You will lead regional pricing execution and governance, collaborating with Global Pricing, GVAP and affiliate teams to ensure credible, auditable decisions and timely access outcomes.

The role requires 8+ years in market access/price-reimbursement, oncology pricing experience preferred, and strong English communication. You will support launch readiness, planning, tracking and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in life sciences or related field.
• 8+ years in market access, pricing or HTA roles in pharma/biotech.
• Strong command of payer processes and cross-country coordination.
• Experience with oncology/hematology pricing is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional pricing execution and governance for JAPAC.
• Develop pricing analyses and support regional governance documentation.
• Coordinate launch readiness, tracking and access operations.
• Collaborate with Global Pricing, GVAP, affiliates and finance.
• Provide input for payer engagements and regional value narratives.
